Terms and Conditions
The KiraKogei.com store offers handmade artistic ceramics, created in small series or as unique individual pieces. Placing an order constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
1. General Provisions
These Terms and Conditions define the rules for using the KiraKogei.com online store, placing orders, payments, delivery, as well as the rights and obligations of the Customer.
2. Contact with the Seller
The Customer may contact the Seller regarding orders, payments, shipping, or products by phone: +48 572 208 395 or by email: contact@kirakogei.com. The Seller responds to messages on business days.
3. Products
All products available in the KiraKogei.com store are handmade, which means they may differ in color, texture, dimensions, or details from the reference photos. Differences resulting from the nature of handmade products do not constitute a defect and are not grounds for a complaint.
4. Placing Orders
Orders can be placed via the KiraKogei.com website 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. After placing an order, the Customer receives an email confirming the acceptance of the order. The order is forwarded for processing after the payment has been credited.
5. Payments
The default payment method is a traditional bank transfer to the account number provided in the order confirmation email. The Customer has 48 hours to complete the payment. If payment is not received within the specified time, the order is automatically canceled.
6. Delivery
The KiraKogei.com store ships via courier within Europe. Shipping cost depends on the destination country and is displayed during checkout. The order processing time is usually 2–7 business days from the moment the payment is credited. The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies. The Customer is obliged to check the shipment upon delivery. In the event of damage, a damage report should be prepared with the courier.
7. Returns and Withdrawal
The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product, in accordance with applicable law. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer should send a statement by email to contact@kirakogei.com. The product must be returned in an intact condition. The Customer bears the cost of returning the product. The refund is made after receiving and inspecting the returned product, no later than within 14 days. Products made to individual order (personalized) are not subject to return unless they are defective. Due to the handmade nature of the products, minor differences in color, texture, shape, or dimensions do not constitute grounds for return.
8. Complaints
The Customer has the right to submit a complaint if the product has physical defects or is not in accordance with the description. Complaints should be submitted by email to contact@kirakogei.com, including a description of the defect and photos. The Seller will review the complaint within 14 days. If the complaint is accepted, the Seller may offer repair, replacement of the product, or refund.
9. Personal Data
The Customer's personal data is processed solely for the purpose of order fulfillment and in accordance with applicable legal regulations. The Customer has the right to access, correct, and request the deletion of their personal data.
10. Final Provisions
The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions. Polish law shall apply to contracts concluded with the Seller. Matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the relevant provisions of law.
